Zoe Jackson is a mental wellness coach based in Mungindi, on the New South Wales/Queensland border. She is a mum to two bubbly, active country kids and married to Dave, a Scottish farmer. Having lived in some of the most beautiful but isolated farming communities across Australia, Zoe has a first-hand understanding of the pressures that rural life can have on a woman. It is this understanding which drives her passion for mental health in the bush, and it is from this passion A Mental Note was born.
We are passionate about supporting rural women on their mental wellness journey.
We are committed to providing affordable and easily accessible one on one mental support services for isolated, rural and remote Australian women.
We promise to guide you to better mental health.
Our focus is to support rural women who are finding themselves going through a difficult time.
We achieve this by offering a kind, caring and neutral safe space.
We listen to your concerns, and then work with you to develop a service plan specific to your needs.
A Mental Note makes this promise to you:
We promise to support you through your mental wellness journey.
We promise to help you grow through your struggles.
We promise to teach you relevant and relatable ways to cope.
We promise to deliver service of the highest quality - all at an affordable price.

When you book your initial consultation, we will set aside 90 minutes to meet via video link. During this time we will unpack your mental load, discuss your current situation and plan to move forward with the appropriate support options.
After your initial consult, you will receive an email detailing the support options we discussed. These support options will be personalised to you and your needs.
The email will include:
· Detailed explanations of your options
· What you can expect
· What you will need to do
· What you will receive
· Quote of full costings.
